Pet in cabin (PETC) 'Not acceptable by QR, except Falcons.' Falcons not allowed in the cabin on flights to/from Tunis. Only falcons and service dogs travel in the cabin.
Fees
No cabin fee for cats/dogs (not accepted in cabin). Falcons in Economy from Qatar: QAR 450 to Middle East/Indian subcontinent; QAR 900 to Africa, Europe or Far East; QAR 1,620 to Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea or the Americas (CAD 580 for Americas).

Qatar Airways pet cargo and checked pets
Cats, dogs and birds can fly as checked baggage on most routes. Per animal: up to 32 kg USD 200 to/from Qatar, USD 350 other routes; 32-75 kg USD 300 to/from Qatar, USD 450 other routes. Max 75 kg and 300 cm (118 in) total dimensions, otherwise cargo. Health certificate issued within 10 days of travel. Australia and New Zealand: cargo only (Australia via Melbourne only). Non-domestic animals, unaccompanied animals and animals connecting from other airlines go as cargo. Puppies and kittens under 12 weeks not accepted in the hold.
Snub-nosed breeds
Certain dog and cat breeds, including snub-nosed breeds, are not accepted as checked baggage because of heat-stroke risk above 21°C (69.8°F); Qatar publishes a restricted-breeds list.
Service and emotional support animals
Service dogs are accepted in the cabin on specific regulated routes to accompany a passenger with a disability (minimum age 4 months); emotional support dogs are not accepted in the cabin.
